Hear all ye people, mark this well, O earth, and all that therein is: Yea, the LORD God himself be witness among you, even the Lord from his holy temple.

And now hearken, Israel, unto the ordinances and laws which I teach you, for to do them: that ye may live and go and conquer the land which the LORD God of your fathers giveth you.

And he said, "Hearken all Judah and the inhabiters of Jerusalem, and also king Jehoshaphat! Thus sayeth the LORD unto you: 'Be not afeard or faint hearted by reason of this great multitude. For the war is not yours, but God's.

"Therefore hearken unto me, ye that have understanding. Far be it from God, that he should meddle with wickedness: and far be it from the Almighty, that he should meddle with unrighteous dealing:

Hear me now therefore, O my son, and mark the words of my mouth.

Hearken unto me, ye that follow righteousness and seek the LORD. Look unto the rock ye were cut out, and to the cave and pit ye were digged out.

And he called all the people unto him, and said unto them, "Hearken unto me every one of you and understand:

Hearken unto me O Jacob, and Israel whom I have called. I am even he that is, I am the first and the last.

For Moses said unto the fathers, 'A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you, even of your brethren, like unto me: him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.

The LORD thy God will stir up a Prophet among you: even of thy brethren, like unto me, and unto him ye shall hearken

Come to the waters, all ye that be thirsty, and ye that have no money. Come buy, that ye may have to eat. Come buy wine and milk, without any money, or money worth. Wherefore do ye lay out your money, for the thing that feedeth not, and spend your labour about the thing that satisfieth you not? But hearken rather unto me, and ye shall eat of the best, and your soul shall have her pleasure in plenteousness. Incline your ears, and come unto me, take heed, and your soul shall live. For I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

Remember the things which are past, since the beginning of the world: that I am God, and that there is else no God, yea, and that there is nothing like unto me. In the beginning of a thing, I show the end thereof: and I tell before, things that are not yet come to pass. With one word is my device accomplished, and fulfilleth all my pleasure. Hearken unto me, ye that follow righteousness and seek the LORD. Look unto the rock ye were cut out, and to the cave and pit ye were digged out. Look unto Abraham your father and unto Sarah that bare you: how I called him only, and blessed him and multiplied him. For the LORD hath compassion on Zion and hath compassion on all that is decayed therein, and will make her wilderness as paradise, and her desert as the garden of the LORD. Joy and gladness shall be found therein, with thanksgiving and the voice of praise. read more.
Hearken unto me, my people; and turn your ears to me, my folk. There shall a law go out from me, and my judgment will I establish to be a light unto nations. My righteousness is nigh, and my salvation shall go out, and mine arms shall judge nations, and islands shall look for me and shall tarry after mine arm. Lift up your eyes to heaven and behold the earth beneath. For heaven shall vanish away as smoke, and the earth shall wear away as a vesture, and the inhabiters thereof shall perish away after the same manner: but my salvation shall endure ever, and my righteousness shall not perish. Hearken unto me ye that know righteousness, and so let the people that have my law in their hearts. Fear not the rebukes of man neither faint for their blasphemies.
