And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth; And his disciples asked him saying, "Master, who did sin: this man, or his father and mother, that he was born blind?" Jesus answered, "Neither this man hath sinned, nor yet his father and mother: but that the works of God should be showed on him.
and his sisters sent unto him, saying, "Lord behold, he whom thou lovest is sick."
Verily, verily I say unto thee, when thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou art old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and lead thee whither thou wouldest not." So likewise, none of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, can be my disciple.

When Peter saw him, he said to Jesus, "Lord what shall he here do?" Jesus said unto him, "If I will have him to tarry till I come, what is that to thee? Follow thou me." And this is now the third time that Jesus appeared to his disciples, after that he was risen again from death.
