"Behold, I send you forth as sheep among wolves: Be ye therefore wise as serpents, and innocent as doves. Beware of men: for they shall deliver you up to the councils, and shall scourge you in their synagogues; And ye shall be brought to the head rulers and kings for my sake, in witness to them and to the Gentiles.
Yea, one must keep himself from another; no man may safely trust his own brother. For one brother undermineth another, and one neighbour begileth another. Yea, one dissesembleth with another, and they deal with no truth. They have practiced their tongues to lie, and taken great pains to do mischief. They have set their stole in the midst of deceit, and for very dissembling falsity they will not know me, sayeth the LORD.

For this ye know, that no whoremonger, either unclean person, or covetous person, which is the worshipper of images, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ, and of God.
