Now one of the Pharisees invited Him to take dinner with him. So He came to the Pharisee's house and took His place at the table. There was a woman in the town who was a social outcast, and when she learned that He was taking dinner at the Pharisee's house, she brought an alabaster bottle of perfume and took her stand behind Him at His feet, continually weeping. Then she began to wet His feet with her tears, but she continued to wipe them off with the hair of her head, and she kept right on kissing His feet with affection and anointing them with the perfume. read more.
So when the Pharisee who invited Him saw it, he said to himself, "If He were really a prophet, He would know who and of what character the woman is who is clinging to Him -- that she is a social outcast." Then Jesus answered him, "Simon, I have something to say to you." "Teacher," said he, "go on and say it." "Two men were in debt to a money-lender. One owed him a hundred dollars, the other ten. Since they could not pay him, he graciously canceled the debts for both of them. Now which one of them will love him more?" Simon answered, "The one, I suppose, for whom he canceled most." Then He said, "You are correct in your judgment." And turning face to face with the woman He said to Simon, "Do you see this woman? I came to your house; you did not give me any water for my feet, but she has wet my feet with tears and wiped them with her hair. You did not give me a kiss, but she, from the moment I came in, has not ceased to kiss my feet with affection. You did not anoint my head with oil, but she anointed my feet with perfume. Therefore, I tell you, her sins, as many as they are, are forgiven, for she has loved me so much. But the one who has little to be forgiven loves me little." And He said to her, "Your sins are forgiven!" The men at the table began to say to themselves, "Who is this man, who even forgives sins?" But He said to the woman, "It is your faith that has saved you; go on in peace."

And Jesus, on turning and seeing her, said, "Cheer up, my daughter! Your faith has cured you." And from that moment the woman was well.
And He said to her, "My daughter, your faith has cured you. Go in peace and be free from your disease."
Then Jesus said to him, "Go; your faith has cured you." And all at once he could see again, and began to follow Jesus along the road.
So He said to her, "My daughter, it is your faith that has cured you; go on in peace."
Then He said to him, "Get up and go on your way. Your faith has cured you."
Now in the streets of Lystra a man used to sit who had no strength in his feet, who had been crippled from his birth, and had never walked. He continued listening to Paul as he spoke, and as Paul by looking straight at him observed that he had faith that he would be cured, he shouted aloud to him, "Get on your feet and stand erect!" Then up he leaped and began to walk.

And all at once some men were bringing to Him a paralyzed man, lying on a couch. And because He saw their faith, Jesus said to the paralyzed man, "Cheer up, my child, your sins are forgiven."

Salvation » What saves
who had once been disobedient, while God's patience was awaiting in the days when Noah was preparing an ark, in which a few people-- eight, to be exact -- were brought safely through the water. Baptism, which corresponds to this figure, now saves you, too -- I do not mean the mere removal of physical stains, but the craving for a clear conscience toward God -- through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
has made us, though dead because of our shortcomings, live again in fellowship with Christ -- it is by His unmerited favor that you have been saved.
and the prayer that is offered in faith will save the sick man; the Lord will raise him to health, and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Now let me remind you, brothers, of the essence of the good news which I proclaimed to you, which you accepted, on which you now are standing, and through which you are to be saved, unless your faith at first was spurious.
For God's favor has appeared with its offer of salvation to all mankind,
For we were saved in such a hope. But a hope that is seen is not real hope, for who hopes for what he actually sees? But if we hope for something we do not see, we keep on patiently waiting for it.
for a man's anger does not produce the uprightness that God requires. So strip yourselves of everything impure and all the evils prevailing around you, and in humble spirit welcome the message which when rooted in your hearts is able to save your souls.

Then Jesus said to him, "Go; your faith has cured you." And all at once he could see again, and began to follow Jesus along the road.
So He said to her, "My daughter, it is your faith that has cured you; go on in peace."
Then He said to him, "Get up and go on your way. Your faith has cured you."
if it is for a good deed to a helpless man, or to learn how he was cured, that we are today being tried, you and all the people of Israel must know that it is by the authority of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead -- yes, I repeat it, it is by His authority that this man stands here before you well.
