The first day of unleavened bread, the disciples came to Jesus saying unto him, "Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the paschal lamb?" And he said, "Go into the city, unto such a man, and say to him, The master saith, my time is almost at hand: I will keep mine Easter at thy house with my disciples." And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them, and made ready the Easter lamb. read more.
When the even was come, he sat down with the twelve. And as they did eat, he said, "Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me." And they were exceeding sorrowful, and began every one of them to say unto him, "Is it I, master?" He answered and said, "He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me. The son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe be to that man, by whom the son of man shall be betrayed. It had been good for that man, if he had never been born." Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, "Is it I, master?" He said unto him, "Thou hast said." As they did eat, Jesus took bread and gave thanks, brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, "Take. Eat. This is my body." And he took the cup, and thanked, and gave it them, saying, "Drink of it every one. This is my blood of the new testament, that shall be shed for many, for the forgiveness of sins. I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine tree, until that day, when I shall drink it new with you in my father's kingdom." And when they had said grace, they went out into Mount Olivet.

And the first day of sweet bread, when men offer the paschal lamb, his disciples said unto him, "Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the Easter lamb?" And he sent forth two of his disciples, and said unto them, "Go ye into the city, and there shall a man meet you bearing a pitcher of water. Follow him. And whithersoever he goeth in, say ye to the good man of the house, 'The master asketh where is the guest chamber, where I shall eat the Easter lamb with my disciples?' read more.
And he will show you a great parlour, paved and prepared: there make ready for us." And as they sat at board and ate, Jesus said, "Verily I say unto you, That one of you shall betray me, which eateth with me." And they began to mourn, and to say to him one by one, "Is it I?" And another said, "Is it I?" He answered, and said unto them, "It is one of the twelve and the same dippeth with me in the platter. The son of man goeth, as it is written of him: but woe be to that man, by whom the son of man is betrayed. Good were it for him, if that man had never been born." And as they ate, Jesus took bread, blessed and brake it and gave it to them and said, "Take, eat; This is my body." And he took the cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, and they drank all of it. And he said unto them, "This is my blood, of the New Testament, which is shed for many. Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of this fruit of the vine, until that day that I shall drink it new in the kingdom of God."

And when the hour was come, he sat down: and the twelve apostles with him. And he said unto them, "I have inwardly desired to eat this Easter lamb with you before that I suffer. For I say unto you, Henceforth, I will not eat of it any more, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God." And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, "Take this, and divide it among you. For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God be come." And he took bread, gave thanks, and brake it, and gave it unto them, saying, "This is my body which is given for you. This do in the remembrance of me." Likewise also, when they had supped, he took the cup saying, "This cup is the new testament, in my blood, which shall for you be shed.
