Then said Jesus to His disciples, "If any one wishes to come after Me, let him disown himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me; for whosoever wishes to save his soul shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose his soul for My sake shall find it;

And He began to teach them, that the Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders, and the high priests, and the scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again. And He spake the saying openly. And Peter took Him, and began to rebuke Him. But He, turning about, and seeing the disciples, rebuked Peter, and saith, "Get behind Me, Satan; because you are not minding the things of God, but the things of men." read more.

From that time began Jesus to show to His disciples, that He must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things from the elders and high-priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised up. And Peter, taking Him aside, began to rebuke Him, saying, "God be merciful to Thee! this shall not be to Thee."
