And I say unto you, that Elijah is come already: And they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they lusted. In likewise shall also the son of man suffer of them." Then the disciples perceived that he spake unto them of John Baptist.
Then answered Peter, and said to Jesus, "Master here is good being for us. If thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles, one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah." While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud shadowed them. And behold, there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, "This is my dear son, in whom I delight; hear him." And when they woke, they saw his glory, and two men standing with him. And it chanced, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, "Master, it is good being here for us. Let us make three tabernacles: one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah." And wist not what he said. While he thus spake there came a cloud and shadowed them and they feared when they were come under the cloud. And there came a voice out of the cloud saying, "This is my dear son, hear him."
