After these things were ended, Paul purposed by the Spirit to go to Jerusalem, after he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, saying, After I have been there, it behooves me to see Rome also.

likewise greet the congregation in their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia in Christ.

I beseech you, brethren (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia and that they have dedicated themselves to the ministry of the saints),

Paul, apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the congregation of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints who are in all Achaia:


neither did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went into Arabia and returned again unto Damascus.


And when we had sailed over the sea of Cilicia and Pamphylia, we came to Myra, a city of Lycia.


And we sailed from there and came the next day over against Chios, and the next day we arrived in port at Samos; and having rested in Trogyllium, the next day we came to Miletus.


And when he met with us at Assos, we took him in and came to Mitylene. And we sailed from there and came the next day over against Chios, and the next day we arrived in port at Samos; and having rested in Trogyllium, the next day we came to Miletus.


after they were come to Mysia, they assayed to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit suffered them not. And they passing by Mysia came down to Troas.


Therefore loosing from Troas, we came with a straight course to Samothracia, and the next day to Neapolis,


But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day and sat down.

And after they had passed throughout Pisidia, they came to Pamphylia.


And when we had finished our course from Tyre, we came to Ptolemais and saluted the brethren and abode with them one day.


So they, being sent forth by the Holy Spirit, departed unto Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus.


And landing at Syracuse, we tarried there three days.


Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where the synagogue of the Jews was.

For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.


The cloak that I left at Troas in the house of Carpus, when thou comest, bring with thee and the books, but especially the parchments.

Having come to Troas for the gospel of the Christ, even though a door was opened unto me in the Lord,

These going before tarried for us at Troas. And we sailed away from Philippi after the days of unleavened bread and came unto them to Troas in five days, where we abode seven days.

Therefore loosing from Troas, we came with a straight course to Samothracia, and the next day to Neapolis,

And they passing by Mysia came down to Troas.


Now when we had sighted Cyprus, we left it on the left hand and sailed into Syria and landed at Tyre, for there the ship was to unload her cargo. And finding the disciples, we tarried there seven days, who said to Paul through the Spirit that he should not go up to Jerusalem. And when we had accomplished those days, we departed; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, until we were out of the city; and we knelt down on the shore and prayed. read more.
And when we had taken our leave one of another, we embarked on the ship, and they returned home again. And when we had finished our course from Tyre, we came to Ptolemais and saluted the brethren and abode with them one day.
