And he shall remove the sin from the house with the blood of the bird and with the living water and with the living bird and with the cedar wood and with the hyssop and with the scarlet. Then he shall let go the living bird out of the city into the open fields; and thus shall he reconcile the house, and it shall be clean.

Leviticus 25:29-34

And if a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he redeem it.
