A quick-tempered person stirs up dissension, but one who is slow to anger calms a quarrel.
An angry person stirs up dissension, and a wrathful person is abounding in transgression.

The one who says to the guilty, "You are innocent," peoples will curse him, and nations will denounce him.
And you, Zion, city doomed to destruction, you accomplish nothing by wearing a beautiful dress, decking yourself out in jewels of gold, and putting on eye shadow! You are making yourself beautiful for nothing. Your lovers spurn you. They want to kill you.

"They will go out and observe the corpses of those who rebelled against me, for the maggots that eat them will not die, and the fire that consumes them will not die out. All people will find the sight abhorrent."

The one who conceals hatred utters lies, and the one who spreads slander is certainly a fool.
