Everyone who hears my words, and does them is like a wise man that builds his house on a rock. The rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew and battered the house and it fell with a great crash. When Jesus had finished these words, the crowds were astonished at what he taught.

Why do you call me Lord, and do not do what I tell you to do? Every one who comes to me and hears my words and does them, I will show you to whom he is like. He is like a man building a house. All may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father that sent him. THE REVELATION GOD GAVE TO JESUS CHRIST, so that he could tell his servants the things that must soon take place. Christ then sent his angel to communicate the symbolic message to his servant John. John testified to the word of God, the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all that he saw.
