"And {the fruit your soul desires} has departed from you, and all the luxury and the splendor has perished from you, and they will never find them any more." The merchants of these [things], who became rich from them, will stand {far off}, weeping and mourning because of the fear of her torment, saying, "Woe, woe, the great city, dressed in fine linen and purple cloth and scarlet cloth, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, because in one hour such great wealth has been laid waste!" And every shipmaster and {every seafarer} and sailors and all those who labor on the sea stood {far off} and began to cry out [when they] saw the smoke of her burning, saying, "Who [is] like the great city?" And they threw dust on their heads and were crying out, weeping and mourning, saying, "Woe, woe, the great city, in which all those who had ships on the sea became rich from her prosperity, because in one hour she has been laid waste!"

Thus says Yahweh: "For three transgressions of Israel and for four I will not revoke [the punishment], because they sell the righteous for money and the poor for a pair of sandals!
And I said to them, "If {it seems right to you}, give [me] my wages, but if not, {keep them}." And they weighed out my wages, thirty silver [shekels].

And all the men of his house, {those born in the house, and those acquired by money from a foreigner}, were circumcised with him.
Then she spoke to him according to these words, saying, "The Hebrew slave that you brought to us came to me to make fun of me.
And Yahweh shall bring you back [to] Egypt in ships by the route that I {promised} to you [that] '{You shall not see it again}!' And you shall sell yourself there to your enemies as slaves and as female slaves, but there will not be a buyer."
