And there arose a reasoning among them, which of them was the greatest? And Jesus seeing the thought of their heart, took a little child, and sat him by him, And said to them, whosoever shall receive this child in my name, receiveth me; and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.
And truly the Son of man goeth as it was determined; but wo to that man, by whom the Son of man is betrayed. And they inquired among themselves, Which of them it was, that would do this? There was also a contention among them, Which of them was greatest. read more.
And he said to them, The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them, and they that exercise authority upon them have the title of benefactors. But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger, and he that is chief as he that serveth. For which is greater, he that sitteth at table, or he that serveth? Is not he that sitteth at table? But I am in the midst of you as he that serveth.

Whosoever therefore shall break one of the least of these commandments and teach men so, shall be the least in the kingdom of heaven; but whosoever shall do and each them, he shall be great in the kingdom of heaven.
At that time came the disciples to Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? And Jesus calling to him a little child, set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say to you, except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven. read more.
