But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become sons of God, even to them that believe on his name,

Therefore in the manner in which ye received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him,

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receives whomsoever I send receives me, and he that receives me receives him that sent me.

He that receives you receives me, and he that receives me receives him that sent me.

And whosoever shall receive one such little child in my name receives me.

Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receives me; and whosoever shall receive me, receives not me, but him that sent me.

and said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receives me, and whosoever shall receive me receives him that sent me; for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.

He that hears you hears me, and he that despises you despises me, and he that despises me despises him that sent me.

But Jesus cried and said, He that believes in me, believes not in me, but in him that sent me,

For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.

And if ye will receive it, this is that Elijah who was to come.

But he said unto them, Everyone cannot receive this word, except those unto whom it is given. For there are some eunuchs who were so born from their mother's womb; and there are some eunuchs who were made eunuchs of men; and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs because of the kingdom of the heavens. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

He that has received his testimony has set to his seal that God is true. For he whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for God does not give the Spirit by measure unto him.

He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

Verily, verily, I say unto thee that we speak what we know and testify that which we have seen, and ye do not receive our witness.

I have come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not; if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. How can ye believe, who take glory one from another, and seek not the glory that comes only from God?

Many therefore of his disciples when they had heard this said, This is a hard word; who can hear it?
