neither can they die any more; for they are equal to the angels, and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.

Whence he ought in all things to be assimilated to the brothers, that he may be a merciful and faithful chief priest as to things relating to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.
We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brothers; he that loves not, continues in death.
We love, because he first loved us. If any one says, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he that loves not his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
And I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, Now has come the salvation and power and kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ, for the accuser of the brothers, that accused them day and night before God, has been cast [to the earth].
Therefore you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow-citizens of the saints and of the family of God,
As we have opportunity, therefore, let us do good to all, but especially to the members of the family of the faith.
who is faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was in his house. For this man is judged worthy of more glory than Moses, as much as he has more honor than the house [tabernacle] which he built. For every house is built by some one; but he that built all things is God.read more.
And Moses indeed was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of things to be spoken; but Christ as a son over his house, whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and rejoicing of the hope.
