But one somewhere testified, saying, What is man that thou art mindful of him, or a son of man that thou visitest him? Thou didst make him a little lower than angels, thou didst crown him with glory and honor, thou didst subject all things under his feet. For in subjecting all things to him, he left nothing not subjected to him. But now we do not yet see all things subjected to him.
for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, being justified freely by his grace through the redemption in Christ Jesus,
to which he called you by our gospel, to obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
but not as the fall so also is the gift; for if by the fall of one the many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by grace which is of the one man Jesus Christ, abounded to the many; and not as through one that sinned is the gift; for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the gift was from many sins to a righteous ordinance; for if by one fall death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of the grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life through the one, Jesus Christ;??18 therefore, as through the fall of one [judgment came] on all men to condemnation, so also through the righteous ordinance of one [the gift comes] on all men to justification of life;read more.
for as through the disobedience of the one man the many were constituted sinners, so also through the obedience of the one shall the many be constituted righteous.
And if children, [we are] also heirs, heirs indeed of God and co-heirs with Christ, if we suffer with him that we may also be glorified with him.
that we should be for a praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ;
For it became him, for whom are all things and through whom are all things, to perfect by sufferings the prince of their salvation, bringing many sons to glory.

When therefore they had breakfasted, Jesus said to Simon Peter, Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these? He said to him, Yes, Lord, you know that I am a friend to you. He said to him, Feed my lambs. Again he said to him a second time; Simon, son of John, do you love me? He said to him, Yes, Lord, you know that I am a friend to you. He said to him, Feed my sheep. He said to him a third time; Simon, son of John, are you a friend to me? Peter was grieved that he said to him the third time, Are you a friend to me? and he said to him, Lord you know all things; you know that I am a friend to you. Jesus said to him, Feed my sheep.
But the father said to his servants, Bring out the best robe and put on him; and put a ring on his hand, and sandals on his feet; and bring the fatted calf and kill it; let us eat, and rejoice; for this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to rejoice.
