And I saw an angel descending from heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. And he took the dragon, which is the old serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, and cast him into the abyss, and shut him up and put a seal over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years were finished; after that he must be released a short time.
And behold they cried, saying, What have you to do with us, Son of God? Have you come hither before the time to torment us?
and crying with a loud voice, said, What have you to do with me, Jesus, son of the most high God? I adjure you, by God, not to torment me.
And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given them, and the souls of those who have been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and the word of God, and who did not worship the beast nor his image and did not receive the mark on their forehead and on their right hand; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years; the rest of the dead did not live till the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that has part in the first resurrection; on these the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and Christ, and reign with him a thousand years.
And if children, [we are] also heirs, heirs indeed of God and co-heirs with Christ, if we suffer with him that we may also be glorified with him.
The saying is true, For if we died together we shall live together; if we endure patiently we shall reign together; if we deny him he will deny us;
Fear not what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, that you may be tried, and you shall have affliction ten days. Be faithful till death, and I will give you the crown of life.
And when the thousand years are finished, Satan shall be released from his prison, and go forth to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, the Gog and the Magog [the king and the people], and to assemble them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and surrounded the encampment of the saints and the beloved city; and fire came down from heaven and consumed them.read more.
And the devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and sulphur, where also the beast and the false prophet [were cast], and they shall be tormented day and night forever and ever.
And the God of peace shall crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he that sat on it is called faithful and true, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. And his eyes are a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems; he has a name written that no man knows except himself, and he is clothed in a mantle dipped in blood, and his name is called The Word of God.

AND I saw a great white throne and him that sat on it, from whose presence the earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, stand before the throne, and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is of life. And the dead were judged from the things written in the books according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged each according to their works.read more.
And Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And whoever was not found enrolled in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
For as in Adam all die, so in Christ also shall all be made alive. But each one in his own order; Christ a first fruit, then those who are Christ's at his coming; then is the end, when he delivers up the kingdom to the God and Father, when he will destroy every principality and every authority and power.read more.

and I appoint you, as my Father has appointed me, a kingdom, that you may eat and drink at my table, in my kingdom, and sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
Do you not know that the saints shall judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy of the lowest courts?
And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book and to open its seals, for thou wast killed and hast redeemed to God with thy blood [men] from every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and hast made them a kingdom and priests, and they shall reign on the earth.
