7 Bible Verses about Attitudes Of Holiness

Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

But as he who has called you is holy, so be holy in all manner of conduct; Because it is written, You will be holy; for I am holy.

For you are a holy people unto the LORD your God: the LORD your God has chosen you to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.

You are the children of the LORD your God: you shall not cut yourselves, nor make any bald place on your foreheads for the dead. For you are a holy people unto the LORD your God, and the LORD has chosen you to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, as you are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
