Be not deceiving yourselves, - evil communications corrupt gentle manners: -

The righteous man guideth his neighbour, but, the way of the lawless, leadeth them astray.

A man having many friends, shall come to ruin, but there is a loving one, who sticketh closer than a brother.

He that walketh with the wise, becometh wise, but, the friend of dullards, becometh foolish.

With no guidance, a people will fall, but, safety, lieth in the greatness of the counsellor.

A kind man one may call, a great man, - but, a faithful man, who can find?

Better are two, than one, - in that they have a good reward for their toil. For, if the one should fall, the other would raise up his companion, - but alas! for him who is alone when he falleth, with no second to raise him up!
