5 Bible Verses about Comfort, Those In Need

Sufficient for such a one is this punishment which was inflicted by the majority,

And we urge you, brethren, admonish the idlers, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone.

For even when we came into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were afflicted at every turnconflicts on the outside and fears within. But God, who comforts the downcast, comforted us by the coming of Titus, and not only by his coming but also by the comfort with which he was comforted in you, as he told us of your longing, your mourning, your zeal for me, so that I rejoiced still more.

Therefore comfort one another with these words.
