for if we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die, we die for the Lord; whether therefore we live, or whether we die, we are the Lord's.

And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, Write, Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from henceforth. Yes, says the Spirit, they shall rest from their labors; and their works follow after them.

For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle was destroyed, we have an edifice from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we also groan, earnestly desiring to put on our dwelling which is from heaven, if indeed also having put it on we may not be found naked.
