And when He had come to Jerusalem, the entire city was stirred up; they were asking, "Who is this man?"
He answered, "Go into the city [i.e., Jerusalem] to a certain man and say to him, 'The Teacher says, My time is near [i.e., to be turned over to the Jewish leaders]; I plan to observe the Passover Festival at your house with my disciples.'"
Now while these women were on their way, some of the guards entered the city and began telling the leading priests everything that had happened.
Then Jesus sent him home, saying, "Do not even go through the village [on your way]."
Jesus sent these twelve apostles out and ordered them saying, "Do not go on any road leading to Gentile territory or enter any town of the Samaritans.
Then inquire around for a trustworthy family in every town or village you enter, and stay there [with them] until it is time to move on.
saying to them, "Go into the village there and immediately you will find a donkey tied up with her colt. Untie them and bring them to me.
But when the king came in [to the dining hall] to meet the guests, he noticed a man who was not wearing a [proper] wedding outfit.
Then those [of you] in Judea are to run away into the [nearby] mountains. And those who are inside of the city are to leave it [immediately]. And those who are in the countryside should not enter the city.
but get up, and enter the city [of Damascus] and [there] you will be told what you must do."
But as the disciples stood around [Paul's apparently lifeless body], he [surprisingly] stood up [fully restored to health] and entered the town. On the following day he went with Barnabas to Derbe.
