Gray hair is a crown of glory; it is obtained by following a righteous path.
Even until your old age, I am the one, and I'll carry you even until your gray hairs come. It is I who have created, and I who will carry, and it is I who will bear and save.
"Rise in the presence of the aged and honor the elderly face-to-face. "Fear your God. I am the LORD.
The glory of young men is their strength; and the splendor of elders is their gray hair.
"We have both the gray-haired and the aged with us, and they are far older than your father.
Foreigners have consumed his strength, and he hasn't noticed. Furthermore, his head is sprinkled with gray hair, but he doesn't realize it.
But Jacob replied, "My son isn't going back with you, since his brother is dead and he's the only one left. If something should harm him as you travel, then it'll be death for me and my sad, gray hair!"
If you take this one from me, too, and then something harmful happens to him, then it will be death for me and my sad, gray hair!'
when he notices that the young man hasn't come back with us, he'll die, and your servants really will have brought death to your servant, our father, along with his sad, gray hair!
Outside, the sword will cause bereavement; within, there will be terror for the young man and virgin alike, also for the nursing infant and the aged man."

Also, when I reach old age and have gray hair, God, do not forsake me, until I have declared your power to this generation and your might to the next one.
1 Kings 2:6

1 Kings 2:9
