15 Bible Verses about Joy In Worship

Make a glad sound to the Lord, all the earth.

How dear are your tents, O Lord of armies! The passion of my soul's desire is for the house of the Lord; my heart and my flesh are crying out for the living God.

Then I will go up to the altar of God, to the God of my joy; I will be glad and give praise to you on an instrument of music, O God, my God.

And the building of this house was complete on the third day of the month Adar, in the sixth year of the rule of Darius the king. And the children of Israel, the priests and the Levites, and the rest of those who had come back, kept the feast of the opening of this house of God with joy.

The Lord is my strength and my breastplate, my heart had faith in him and I am helped; for this cause my heart is full of rapture, and I will give him praise in my song.

Send up a glad cry to God, all the earth:

Joy will be on my lips when I make melody to you; and in my soul, to which you have given salvation.

Let the word of Christ be in you in all wealth of wisdom; teaching and helping one another with songs of praise and holy words, making melody to God with grace in your hearts.
