9 Bible Verses about Merchandise

You shall have a just balance, a just ephah and a just bath.

And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their cargo any more;

So says Jehovah, The labor of Egypt, and merchandise of Ethiopia, and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come to you, and they shall be yours. They shall come after you in chains; and they shall cross in chains and they shall fall down to you. They shall plead to you, saying, Surely God is in you; and none else, no other God.

But not caring, they went their ways, one to his field, another to his trading.

And He said to those who sold doves, Take these things away from here. Do not make My Father's house a house of merchandise.

And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their cargo any more; the cargo of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and every ivory vessel, and every vessel of very precious wood, and of bronze, and of iron, and of marble,

Blessed is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gets understanding. For the profit from it is better than the gain from silver, and its produce more than fine gold;

And her goods and her wages shall be holiness to Jehovah. It shall not be treasured nor laid up, for her goods shall be for those who dwell before Jehovah, to eat enough, and for a choice covering.
