And the cities shall be to you for refuge from the avenger, that the manslayer not die until he stands before the congregation for judgment. And the cities which ye shall give shall be for you six cities of refuge. Ye shall give three cities beyond the Jordan, and three cities ye shall give in the land of Canaan. He who spares his words has knowledge, and he who is of a cool spirit is a man of understanding.

Aged men are to be without wine, noble, serious minded, sound in faith, in love, in perseverance. Aged women likewise be reverent in behavior, not slanderous, not enslaved to much wine, teachers of what is good, so that they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,read more.
to be serious-minded, pure, homemakers, good, submissive to their own husbands, so that the word of God may not be blasphemed. Likewise exhort the younger men to be sober-minded.
