For You have made him lack a little from God, and have crowned him with glory and honor.

You have made him a little lower than the angels. You crowned him with glory and honor and set him over the works of Your hands.

For you are our glory and joy.

For a man indeed ought not to have his head covered, because he is the image and glory of God. But the woman is the glory of the man.

But if a woman should have long hair, it is a glory to her; for her hair is given to her in place of a veil.

For our presentable members have no need, but God tempered the body together, giving more abundant honor to the member having need;

And those members of the body which we think to be less honorable, on these we put more abundant honor around them. And our unpresentable members have more abundant propriety.

it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power;

Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; you have spoiled your wisdom because of your brightness. I will cast you to the ground; I will put you before kings, that they may behold you.
