For no one ever yet hated his own body. But every one feeds his body and cares for it, just as the Christ for the Church;

For all this took place in fulfillment of the words of Scripture--'Not one of its bones shall be broken.'

for while the training of the body is of service in some respects, religion is of service in all, carrying with it, as it does, a promise of Life both here and hereafter.

We always bear on our bodies the marks of the death that Jesus died, so that the Life also of Jesus may be exhibited in our bodies.
