7 Bible Verses about Sadness

Jesus said to him, "If you want to be perfect, go and sell everything you have and give the money to the poor, and you will have riches in heaven; then come back here and follow me." And when the young man heard that, he went away in deep distress, for he owned a great deal of property.

Then He said to them, "What is this that you are discussing together as you walk?" So they stopped and stood still with puzzled countenances.
