And it happened while they were in the way, news came to David, saying, Absalom has killed all the king's sons, and there is not one of them left. And the king arose and tore his garments, and lay on the earth. And all his servants stood by with their clothes torn.

Where is the king of Hamath, and the king of Arpad, and the king of the city of Sepharvaim, Hena, and Ivah? And Hezekiah received the letter from the courier's hand, and read it. And if the priest shall look, and behold, the plague has not spread in the garment, either in the warp or the woof, or anything of skin, then the priest shall command that they wash the thing in which the plague is.
