See then that ye walk circumspectly; not as unwise men, but as wise; buying up for yourselves opportunities, because the days are evil. Wherefore be not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, buying up opportunities.

But if any one of you is wanting in wisdom, let him ask of God, who giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it will be given him.
