And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup and gird thyself and serve me until I have eaten and drunken, and afterward thou shalt eat and drink? Does he thank that slave because he did the things that were commanded him? I think not. So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable slaves: we have done that which was our duty to do.
He that loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and he that loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
Then he said to his slaves, The wedding is ready, but those who were called were not worthy.

For I am the least of the apostles, for I am not worthy to be called an apostle because I persecuted the congregation of God.
