'Administers' in the Bible

Yahweh administers judgment to the peoples. Judge me, Yahweh, according to my righteousness, and to my integrity that is in me.

God stands in the divine assembly; he administers judgment in the midst of [the] gods.

When a king faithfully administers justice to the poor, his throne will be established forever.

A spirit of justice for him who sits in judgment [administering the law],A strength to those who drive back the battle at the gate.

if he doesn't lend with usury or exact interest, but instead refuses to participate in what is unjust, if he administers true justice between people,
