'Allow' in the Bible

For you will not leave my soul in Sheol, you will not allow your holy one to experience corruption.

Cast on the LORD whatever he sends your way, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.

I will not allow anyone with a perverted mind in my presence; I will not be involved with anything evil.

I will destroy the one who secretly slanders a friend. I will not allow the proud and haughty to prevail.

He did not allow anyone to oppress them, or any kings to reprove them.
