'Commands' in the Bible

My son, if you accept my wordsand store up my commands within you,

My son, don’t forget my teaching,but let your heart keep my commands;

he taught me and said:“Your heart must hold on to my words.Keep my commands and live.

Keep your father's commands, my son, and never forsake your mother's rules,

My son, obey my words,and treasure my commands.

Keep my commands and live;protect my teachingsas the pupil of your eye.

A wise heart accepts commands,but foolish lips will be destroyed.

The one who keeps commands preserves himself;one who disregards his ways will die.
