'Died' in the Bible

His priests [Hophni and Phinehas] fell by the sword,And His widows could not weep.

He turned their water into blood, so that the fish died.

If Your instruction had not been my delight,I would have died in my affliction.

For those who oppose me are pursuing my life, crushing me to the ground, making me sit in darkness like those who died long ago.
