'Establishes' in the Bible

“Dominion and awe belong to HimWho establishes peace in His heights.

“Do you know how God establishes them,And makes the lightning of His cloud to shine?

And give Him no rest until He establishesAnd makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

“It is He who changes the times and the epochs;He removes kings and establishes kings;He gives wisdom to wise menAnd knowledge to men of understanding.

Then these men came by agreement to the king and said to the king, “Recognize, O king, that it is a law of the Medes and Persians that no injunction or statute which the king establishes may be changed.”

Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God,
