'Feelings' in the Bible

“You shall not oppress a stranger, since you yourselves know the feelings of a stranger, for you also were strangers in the land of Egypt.

“My beloved extended his hand through the opening,And my feelings were aroused for him.

Therefore my heart intones like a harp for MoabAnd my inward feelings for Kir-hareseth.

But, O Lord of hosts, who judges righteously,Who tries the feelings and the heart,Let me see Your vengeance on them,For to You have I committed my cause.
