'Found' in the Bible
“Also on your skirts is foundThe lifeblood of the innocent poor;You did not find them breaking in [a house].But in spite of all these things [your disobedience, your love of idolatry, your lack of compassion]—
“I will go to the great [men]And speak to them,For they [must] know the way of the Lord,The ordinance of their God.”But [I found the reverse to be true, that] they too had all alike broken the yoke [of God’s law]And had burst the bonds [of obedience to Him].
‘For wicked men are found among My people,They watch like fowlers who lie in wait;They set a trap,They catch men.
Then the Lord said to me, “A conspiracy has been found among the men of Judah and among the people of Jerusalem.
Your words were found and I ate them,And Your words became a joy to me and the delight of my heart;For I have been called by Your name,O Lord God of hosts.
“For both [false] prophet and priest are ungodly (profane, polluted);Even in My house I have found their wickedness,” says the Lord.
I will be found by you,’ says the Lord, ‘and I will restore your fortunes and I will [free you and] gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you,’ says the Lord, ‘and I will bring you back to the place from where I sent you into exile.’
Thus says the Lord,“The people who survived the swordFound grace in the wilderness [of exile]—Israel (the Northern Kingdom), when it went to find its rest.”
Ishmael also killed all the Jews who were [at the banquet] with Gedaliah at Mizpah, in addition to the Chaldean soldiers who were there.
they took all their men and went to fight with Ishmael the son of Nethaniah and found him by the great pool in Gibeon.
For was not Israel a laughingstock to you? Was he caught among thieves? For whenever you speak of him you shake your head in scorn.

“I set a trap for you and you also were caught, O Babylon,And you did not know it;You have been found and also seizedBecause you have struggled against the Lord.”
He also took out of the city one official who was overseer of the soldiers, and seven of the king’s advisers who were found in the city, and the scribe of the commander of the army who mustered the people of the land, and sixty men who were still in the city.
