'Four' in the Bible

for before these days Theudas rose up, alleging himself to be somebody, to whom a number of men, about four hundred, were joined; who was slain, and all, as many as obeyed him, were dispersed and came to nothing.

And God spoke thus: His seed shall be a sojourner in a strange land, and they shall enslave them and evil entreat them four hundred years;

and he beholds the heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending, as a great sheet, bound by the four corners and let down to the earth;

And Cornelius said, Four days ago I had been fasting unto this hour, and the ninth I was praying in my house, and lo, a man stood before me in bright clothing,

I was in the city of Joppa praying, and in an ecstasy I saw a vision, a certain vessel descending like a great sheet, let down by four corners out of heaven, and it came even to me:

whom having seized he put in prison, having delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep, purposing after the passover to bring him out to the people.

And after these things he gave them judges till Samuel the prophet, to the end of about four hundred and fifty years.

Now this man had four virgin daughters who prophesied.

This do therefore that we say to thee: We have four men who have a vow on them;
