'Landmark' in the Bible
Thou shalt not remove thy neighbour's landmark, which they of old time have set in thine inheritance, which thou shalt inherit in the land that the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it.
Cursed be he that removeth his neighbour's landmark. And all the people shall say, Amen.
And the boundary went up to Beth-hogla and passed along north of Beth-arabah and [it] went up to the [landmark] Stone of Bohan son of Reuben.
Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.
Remove not the old landmark; and enter not into the fields of the fatherless:
Whoever removes [landmark] stones or hews out [new ones with similar intent] will be hurt with them, and he who fells trees will be endangered by them.
