'Nothingness' in the Bible

“Lo, for my own welfare I had great bitterness;It is You who has kept my soul from the pit of nothingness,For You have cast all my sins behind Your back.

All the nations are as nothing before Him;they are considered by Himas nothingness and emptiness.

“I know his [insolent] wrath,” says the Lord,“But it is futile;His idle boasts [in his deeds] have accomplished nothing.

For so it stands written, "I will exhibit the nothingness of the wisdom of the wise, and the intelligence of the intelligent I will bring to nought."
