'Ones' in the Bible
He crouches, he bows down,And the unfortunate fall by his mighty ones.
As for the saints who are in the earth,They are the majestic ones in whom is all my delight.
Sing praise to the Lord, you His godly ones,And give thanks to His holy name.
O love the Lord, all you His godly ones!The Lord preserves the faithfulAnd fully recompenses the proud doer.
Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you righteous ones;And shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart.
Sing for joy in the Lord, O you righteous ones;Praise is becoming to the upright.
For the Lord loves justiceAnd does not forsake His godly ones;They are preserved forever,But the descendants of the wicked will be cut off.
My loved ones and my friends stand aloof from my plague;And my kinsmen stand afar off.
“Gather My godly ones to Me,Those who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.”
I will give You thanks forever, because You have done it,And I will wait on Your name, for it is good, in the presence of Your godly ones.
The anger of God rose against themAnd killed some of their stoutest ones,And subdued the choice men of Israel.
They have given the dead bodies of Your servants for food to the birds of the heavens,The flesh of Your godly ones to the beasts of the earth.
They make shrewd plans against Your people,And conspire together against Your treasured ones.
I will hear what God the Lord will say;For He will speak peace to His people, to His godly ones;But let them not turn back to folly.
The heavens will praise Your wonders, O Lord;Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones.
A God greatly feared in the council of the holy ones,And awesome above all those who are around Him?

O seed of Abraham, His servant,O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones!
“Do not touch My anointed ones,And do My prophets no harm.”
And He brought forth His people with joy,His chosen ones with a joyful shout.
That I may see the prosperity of Your chosen ones,That I may rejoice in the gladness of Your nation,That I may glory with Your inheritance.
Precious in the sight of the LordIs the death of His godly ones.
A Song of Ascents.When the Lord brought back the captive ones of Zion,We were like those who dream.
Let Your priests be clothed with righteousness,And let Your godly ones sing for joy.
“Her priests also I will clothe with salvation,And her godly ones will sing aloud for joy.
How blessed will be the one who seizes and dashes your little onesAgainst the rock.

For the Lord takes pleasure in His people;He will beautify the afflicted ones with salvation.
