'Planned' in the Bible

Yahweh of hosts has sworn, saying, "{Surely} just as I have intended, so it shall be. And just as I have planned, it shall stand:

This [is] the plan that is planned concerning all of the earth; and this [is] the hand that is stretched out over all of the nations.

For Yahweh of hosts has planned, and who will frustrate [it]? And his hand [is] stretched out, and who will turn it back?

Where [are] your sages then? Now, let them tell you, and let them know what Yahweh of hosts has planned against Egypt.

Who has planned this against Tyre, the bestower of crowns, whose merchants [were] princes, her traders [the] honored ones of [the] earth?

Yahweh of hosts has planned it: to defile [the] pride of all glory, to humble all [the] honored ones of [the] earth.
