'Prepare' in the Bible

In the morning, O Lord, You will hear my voice;In the morning I will prepare [a prayer and a sacrifice] for You and watch and wait [for You to speak to my heart].

O Lord, You have heard the desire of the humble and oppressed;You will strengthen their heart, You will incline Your ear to hear,

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.You have anointed and refreshed my head with oil;My cup overflows.

They run and set themselves against me though there is no guilt in me;Stir Yourself to meet and help me, and see [what they are doing]!

And there He has the hungry dwell,So that they may establish an inhabited city,
