'Quail' in the Bible
So at evening quail came and covered the camp. In the morning there was a layer of dew all around the camp.
A wind sent by the Lord came up and blew quail in from the sea; it dropped [them] at the camp all around, three feet off the ground, about a day's journey in every direction.
The people were up all that day and night and all the next day gathering the quail-the one who took the least gathered 33 bushels-and they spread them out all around the camp.
They asked, and He brought quail and satisfied them with bread from heaven.
Never for a moment quail before your antagonists. Your fearlessness will be to them a sure token of impending destruction, but to you it will be a sure token of your salvation--a token coming from God.
