'Reflect' in the Bible
"When you have experienced all these things, both the blessings and the curses I have set before you, you will reflect upon them in all the nations where the Lord your God has banished you.
Remember the days of old, reflect on the years of previous generations. Ask your father, and he'll tell you; your elders will inform you.
Be angry and do not sin;on your bed, reflect in your heart and be still.Selah
