'Ridicule' in the Bible
You make us an object of reproach to our neighbors,a source of mockery and ridicule to those around us.
You made us an object of ridicule among the nations; foreigners treat us with contempt.
The righteous will look on with aweand will ridicule him:
Look how they belch out [insults] with their mouths;Swords [of sarcasm, ridicule, slander, and lies] are in their lips,For they say, “Who hears us?”
But You laugh at them, Lord;You ridicule all the nations.
