'Speaks' in the Bible

They have lied about and denied the LordBy saying, “It is not He [who speaks through His prophets];Misfortune and evil shall not come on us,Nor will we see war or famine.

Their tongues are deadly arrows—they speak deception.With his moutha man speaks peaceably with his friend,but inwardly he sets up an ambush.

Hear the word which the Lord speaks to you, O house of Israel.
