'Spoke' in the Bible
Then God spoke to Noah and said,
So Hagar named the Lord who spoke to her, "You are the God who sees me," for she said, "Here I have seen one who sees me!"
Abraham spoke to him again, "What if forty are found there?" He replied, "I will not do it for the sake of the forty."

So Moses spoke to the Israelites about the appointed times of the Lord.
Then Moses spoke to the Israelites and they brought the one who cursed outside the camp and stoned him with stones. So the Israelites did just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

Now these are the records of Aaron and Moses when the Lord spoke with Moses on Mount Sinai.
Now when Moses went into the tent of meeting to speak with the Lord, he heard the voice speaking to him from above the atonement lid that was on the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim. Thus he spoke to him.
